There are several ways for cancer treatment:
  1. Surgical treatment
  2. Drug therapy
  3. Chemotherapy (chemotherapy)

General anti-cancer treatment will have side effects since it destroys normal cells. Side effects such as mouth sores, nausea, hair loss, leukopenia and so on. Hair loss begins and some people lose their eyebrows and eyelashes, much hair loss would happens within 10 days after the first dose of chemotherapy.

Pre-Treatment Regimen

  • Step 1: Consult professional medical personnel for hair loss during treatment
  • Step 2: Prepare a cotton cap and scarf for hair loss before the first injection: Know and choose a suitable wig shop for satisfactory selection
  • Step 3: Shorten or shave your hair and prepare a comfortable wig

Precautions During Treatment

  1. Use mild or natural shampoo, do not wash your hair with too hot or cold water
  2. Gently with fingers when shampooing, try to use natural drying method, do not overheated hair with hair dryer or curling iron.
  3. To protect the head, avoid strong light or cold air from irritating the scalp whether you are at home or outside, it is best to wear a wig, scarf or hat for outdoor activities.
  4. Use cotton or silk pillowcases to reduce scalp friction.
  5. Comb through hair with a soft brush.
