Shopping Notes
Online Shopping Procedure: Please follow the steps below for your purchase:
Step 1: Select the product and quantity
After selecting the item and quantity by clicking “Add to Basket”.
After selecting all the ordered items, please click “My Shopping Basket” to enter the shopping basket for order confirmation.
If you need to change the quantity in your orders, please click “My Basket” to enter the shopping basket and re-select the quantity by pressing “Update Basket”
If you want to cancel an order for an item, please tick the “Cancel” column and click “Update Basket” for your correction.
Step 2: Choose a shipping method
Please select the “Delivery Service” or “Pick Up”, and click “Checkout”.
Select “Shipping Service”
If you choose “Enter new delivery information”, you must fill in all the “*” columns, including “Name”, “First Name”, “Shipping Address”, “Mobile Phone”, “Email”, etc.
Please select a date in the “Suggested Delivery Date” column.
Note: Additional delivery service charges may require for less purchase, long distances, overweight items, cash on delivery and overseas delivery services, etc. For details, please refer to “Shopping Tips” or call (852) 28956630 for enquiries.
Select “Collect by yourself”
Please check whether the information in all “*” columns is correct. Please select a date in the “Earliest Pickup Date” column. Note: All ordered products must be picked up within 60 days after successful payment, overdue is invalid, no exchange and refund without further notice.
Step 3: Choose a payment method
Please select the payment method, “Online Credit Card Payment (Visa / Master)” or “Online PPS Payment”
Please confirm that the information is correct and click “Next”.
Step 4: Order Confirmation
After verifying that the order information is correct, please click “Submit”.
If you need to make changes, please click “Back to previous page”.
Step 5: Order Notification
A confirmation will be emailed to your registered email address, please print the order notification for future reference. The customer service will call your registered phone number or email to review the order within 1 to 2 working days
Delivery instructions
A: Delivery service
1. Free local delivery service
2. Overseas delivery services, please check with the relevant department for postal charges, import and export regulations before shopping. If any situation occurs during the postal process such as product is detained, confiscated or returned by the relevant department, customers are responsible for the full cost of overseas delivery.
3. Additional delivery fees are required: For areas that cannot be directly reached by public buses or MTR (except Airport Express and Tung Chung Line).
For details of fees, please call (852) 2895-6630 Service Department. Outlying islands, airport and Lok Ma Chau do not provide any delivery service.

B: Pick up goods
After the online order is successfully paid, you will receive an order notification by email. You must print and bring the successful order notification to the shop for pick up goods.
All ordered products must be picked up within 60 days after successful payment, overdue is invalid, no exchange and refund.
